Welcome to InviteLabs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (invitelabs.in) and the digital invitation services provided by us. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Services

  • InviteLabs provides 100% digital invitation solutions, including web-based event pages, RSVP management links, digital invite cards, and video/multimedia invites.

  • We do not provide physical printing, paper stationery, or physical courier delivery services. All deliverables are provided electronically via web links, WhatsApp, email, or digital downloads.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Full payment (or agreed advance) is required before design work, template customization, or link deployment begins.

  • Prices displayed on the website or quoted for custom packages are fixed. Any scope additions or custom features requested outside the initial package will incur additional charges.

3. Client Content & Proofreading

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing complete and accurate event information (names, dates, times, venue maps, RSVP contact numbers, and media).

  • Legal Rights: You confirm that you hold all legal rights, permissions, or licenses for any text, photos, logos, or audio files you supply to us.

  • Proof Approval: You are strictly responsible for reviewing and verifying all details in the digital draft/proof provided. InviteLabs will not be held liable for errors (including typographical errors, wrong dates, or incorrect links) once the proof is approved or published.

4. Revisions & Delivery Timelines

  • Each order includes up to 2 rounds of basic revisions (text modifications, minor photo swaps, or link updates).

  • Requests for complete redesigns, theme changes, or alternate templates after work has commenced will be treated as a new order or billed extra.

  • Delivery timelines are dependent on your prompt response and timely submission of event content.

5. Link Hosting & Validity

  • Web-based digital invitation links remain active and hosted for 60 days after your event date (or as specified in your selected package). After this period, the link may be archived or deactivated.

  • While we ensure high server availability, InviteLabs is not liable for temporary downtimes caused by third-party hosting providers, internet failures, or external messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp network issues).

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because digital invitations are custom-created and delivered electronically, our services are strictly governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Once design production has started or final digital links/assets have been issued, payments are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All underlying website designs, interactive code, proprietary layouts, graphics, and templates created by InviteLabs remain our exclusive intellectual property.

  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and share the final invitation link with your event guests. Reselling, redistributing, or copying our templates or code is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InviteLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, guest non-attendance, or technical delays.

  • In any event, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for that specific order.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Deoghar, Jharkhand, India.
